NPA Pitching Drills Sequence
Drill Frequency

Catch Drills 5 minutes each phase or 15-20 throws each phase

Lean and Lift Drill 10 - 15 repetitions or 15-20 throws of each pitch

Mirror Drill 15 repetitions

Wall Drill 15 repetitions
use in place of the Mirror Drill when drill partner not available

Rocker Drill 15 minutes - all 3 pitches: fastball, off-speed, breaking ball
(3 off-speed followed by a fastball)

Towel Drills Total Towel: 15 repetitions
Rocker Towel: 15 repetitions
Stacked Towel: 15 repetitions

Knee Drill 15 repetitions for each pitch: fastball, off-speed, breaking ball
(3 off-speed followed by a fastball)

The durations/repetitions listed here are suggested guidelines only.
ANY drill or routine should be done "to tolerance" - that level at which
you can perform the drill PERFECTLY.
